A minimum spend of £750 applies to all catering bookings across all Brickwood venues.
A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all catering orders. This is distributed to the team.
All food categories have a minimum of 25 guests. Orders below this threshold will be charged at the 25-person rate.
All food must be pre-ordered with a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to your event. Late orders cannot be guaranteed.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice may be eligible for a credit note.
All dietary and allergy requirements must be declared at time of booking. Brickwood cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.
Brickwood reserves the right to substitute menu items subject to seasonal availability. Substitutions will be of equivalent or higher value.
